This document sets out the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the website and the purchase of products through the Mecha online store.

2. Products

The products offered in this online store are prints by artists, in limited or open editions, and original works, carefully selected by the gallery. Each work includes a detailed description with its characteristics, dimensions, technique and price.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the corresponding VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs will be added at the end of the purchase process and will be visible before payment is made

4. Purchase process

To make a purchase, the user must:

Select the desired product and add it to the cart.

Access the cart and check the order.

Provide shipping and billing information.

Make payment using one of the available methods.

Once the order is complete, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details.

5. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods: Credit or debit card.

Payment is made through secure platforms. The gallery does not store customer bank details

6. Shipping and delivery times

We ship throughout the country. International shipping available upon request.

Preparation time: 2–5 working days.
Delivery time: 2 to 7 working days (depending on destination and courier service).

We currently only ship to mainland Spain.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or abroad through the direct purchase system on the website.

If you are interested in purchasing a work from one of these areas or from abroad, please contact the gallery in advance by writing to info@galeriamecha.com. We will review your case and, if possible, provide you with a personalised quote for shipping costs and the steps to follow to complete the purchase.

We work with reliable courier companies to ensure delivery in good condition

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

Once the purchase has been made and the product received, no returns will be accepted.
As these are works of art, personally selected by the buyer, returns will not be accepted due to changes of mind or subjective reasons (‘I don’t like it’ or ‘it wasn’t what I expected’).

Returns will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged or in poor condition.
In this case, the customer must send an email to info@galeriamecha.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, including clear photographs of the packaging and the damage suffered by the work. We will assess each case and, if appropriate, offer a replacement of the work or a refund of the amount paid.

8. Intellectual property

All content (images, text, design, etc.) on this website is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to its respective authors or the gallery. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited

9. Data protection

The personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s or owner’s domicile, as appropriate
